CHOCOLATE GLAZE ICING

1 1/4 C.  ICING SUGAR ,1T. COCOA POWDER INTO SMALL HEAT PROOF BOWL ,1TBSP BOILING WATER 1 TBSP BUTTER

STEPS..SIFT ICING SUGAR AND COCOA POWDER INTO SMALL HEAT PROOF BOWL , MELT BUTTER , IN BOILING WATER  THEN ADD TO SUGAR ICING MIXTURE STIR MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE  PLACE BOWL OVER THE THE SAUCE PAN OF BOILING WATER 1MIN POUR ICING OVER THE CAKE
NOTE....... TO MAKE A PLAIN GLAZE OMIT COCOA POWDER AND BUTTER OR COFFEE ICING 1TBSP OF COFFE INSTEAD COCOA
