OATMEAL CREAM PUDDING

4 large apples                                                 1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c butter melted                                           2c. cooked oatmeal
 1/2 c brown sugar                                           1/2 t. cinnnamon

METHOD...Pare and  dice apples. saute in butter until  lightly browned add sugar and cook slowly until apples are  glaze and sugar begins to brown ,stirring constantly .place alternate layers of apple , raisins,oatmeal,springkling each layer with cinnamon. use a greased baking dish. bake 20 minutes in moderate oven 350F.
