BEEF TAPA A FILIPINO DISH

INGREDIENTS 
500 grm.beef sirloin cut ,slice tightly and cut into strips 
MARINADE
1\T.SALT 
3twhite sugar 
1/2t.peper 
2T.garlic miced
1/4 c. palm oil
1/2c.vinegar 
PROCEDURE
1.tenderize the beef running the knife lightly acroos the grain . set aside 
2.combine slice beef with salt , white sugar black peper ,garlc blend well . marinate overnight.
3.heal 1t,oil in the skillet 
4. lay down  tapa  strips in th efrying pan cook beef change s color.
5.rub the beef into the pan to caramelized it moving the pan regularly to prevent tapa for burning , about 5 mins. .tapa is cooked when th e marinade starts  to brown .
6. serve with vinegar mix with soy sauce.
