CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE

1 1/4 c. a.p.f. ,5tbsp. cocoa powder ,1/2tsp, salt ,2tbsp b.p.,3/4c. brown sugar ,2eggs, separated 1/2cvegetable cake ,1/2c. milk,1/2tsp.vanilla,1/4c. rum,1 1/4c. whipping cream,3/4 oz. chocolate grated.

STEPS...1, sift dry ingredients mix together with oil egg yolks vanilla ,beat with flour with a smooth butter whisk egg whites until stiff and paking fold  with butter cut and fold .
2.divide mixture between 8 inch. round  grease and lined  pans baked 30mins until well risen firm to touch turn out and cool  into wire rack return cold cakes into clean pan and sprinkle with rum absorbed, whip cream until thick  use a little less than a half to sandwitch  the two layers together then transferthe cake to a serving plate , spread the remainning cream  over the top and sides press the chocolate sides in the top...
