2TBSP OF GELATIN 1/4LBS.MARSHMALLOWS
2TBSP LEMON JUICE 24 LADY FINGER SEPARATED
1C ORANGE JUICE 1C. CHOPPED NUT MEATS
METHOD..... boil water and sugar 20mins. add gelatin which have been soaked 1/4c. cold water 5mins and lemon juice then strain add orange juice and pulp chill in the refrigerator until mixture starts to set then beat until light with rotary beater add whipped cream mixed with marshmallows beat well line loaf or pudding pan with wax paper place half lady fingers around the edge ,crumble remaining lady fingers and alternate the crumbs with nuts and cream mixture with the layers in the pan .chill until firm un mold serve with whipped cream garnish with maraschino cherries......
