1 c. medium white sauce 3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. stale bread crumbs buttered bread crumbs
1 c. canned bean sprouts
METHOD... Mix well seasoned white sauce, crumbs, and sprouts. stir in eggs. pour into greased mold, set in pan of water. bake 1/2 hour in moderate oven, 375 f. unmold on platter, sprinkle with buttered crumbs, pour butter sauce over all, garnish with hard cooked eggs if desired. butter sauce: melt 1/2 c. butter over hot water, add juice of 1 lemon and little salt, pepper and paprika.
