BROWN BREAD ICE CREAM

1qt. thin cream                                   1c, toasted course brown bread crumbs

few grains of salt                                    1/3 c. chopped nut meats

3 tsp. vanilla                        

METHOD>>mix cream and sugar add salt and vanilla freeze until mushy. add bread crumbs and nut meats continue freezing until firm . when making a mechanical refrigerator stir several times during the freezing period
