CHOCOLATE DELIGHTS

12 oz, chocolate bar ,1 1/4c. whipping cream ,grated cheese ,1/2c, cocoa powder,
STEPS...place cream in to the pan bring it to boil tip in the grated chocolate and stir wel over a  gentle heat until its compleately melted and forms to smooth paste remove from heat  continue ti stir til cool put grind orange  leave 24 hrs. not on ef pour cocoa into plate using two small spoons scoop out small amounts of a chocolate cream and roll into smooth balls dip each balls into cocoa and serve immediately dont keep too long cream will turn sour...
