CLASSIC MORCON

1kg.lean beef round cut into 2pcs each sliced  thinly morcon style 
3tbsp.flour                  6 gloves of garlic  crushed  1 large onion sliced
2 pouches of tomato sauce 250grms each 
marinade .....
2tbsp calamansi juice               1/4c.soy sauce
1/4 t. pepper
stuffing.......
3 shelled hard boiled eggs  2 sliced wedges      4pcs, chorizo cut into 12 strips
1 medium carrot cut into 8 strips    100grms of cheese  cut into   6strips
1 large pepper cut into strips .
marinate beef for 30 mins. drain reserve the marinade divide two stuffing for 2 meat rolls starting at the end of the meat arrange stuffing in the alternate rolls roll and tie with strings  sprincle with flour  then brown  all sides in oli set aside 
saute garlic and oinion add beef rolls  tomato sauce  marinade 1/2 -1 water  simmer for 45mins. until tender remove strings ..
