FRUITED LECHE PLAN

CARAMEL ........
3/4 C. SUGAR
3TBSP.WATER
FLAN.....
4PC. EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN 
1/2C. EVAP MILK
2TBSP .SUGAR
1CAN   439G. FRUIT COCTAIL DRAINED
CARAMEL..cook sugar and water  over the medium heat until sugar is caramelized pour  into moldsa 1/2 c. capacity set aside
FLAN...combined first 4 inredients beat well strained ,pour into mixture into prepared molds half full spread 2 tablespoon of friut coctail on each mold cover with foil and steam for 40minutes cool then chill unmold then serve..
