no fry doughnuts

NO FRY DOUGHNUTS 
1 pkg. yeast
Sugar
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
Butter, melted
Cinnamon
Dissolve yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in 1/4 cup warm water in small bowl. Set aside. Combine 3/4 cup warm water, 1/4 cup sugar, oil, salt and Egg Beaters in large bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir yeast mixture. Add to sugar mixture, blending well. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring until dough leaves side of bowl. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Cover. Let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk. Punch down. Pat dough onto on floured surface. Cut into desired shapes. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Do not overbake. Dip into melted butter. Combine cinnamon and sugar to taste. Coat doughnuts with cinnamon mixture.
